In SPHE we have been exploring our feelings and learning what to do when we feel sad or angry to make us feel better. We have learned the Turtle Technique to help us calm down when we feel angry. You can use it at home too. If you feel angry, put your head into your turtle shell and count to ten nice and slowly to help you calm down. When you poke your head back out of your shell you will feel better and be ready to talk to someone about why you felt angry. We are practicing the Feelings Song below too!
